1. Cut your soap roughly into a cylinder shape with paring knife.
2. Smooth the side of your soap with a carving knife.
3. Smooth the top of your soap.
4. Trim the bottom of your soap into a dome shape.
5. Draw a circle 20 mm in diameter with a toothpick.
6. Divide the soap around the circle into 5 equal parts.
7. Then draw curved lines as shown.
8. Draw 5 lines connected to the curved lines at the side of your soap.
9. First, carve first petal of the first row and cut your soap along the outline.
10. Remove the unwanted soap.
11. Repeat two previous steps for remaining four petals.
12. Remove the unwanted soap between the circle and the first petal.
13. Trim the edge of the petal.
14. Cut a curved line at the right edge of the petal and remove the unwanted soap.
15. Using the knife tip, cut a curved line at the left edge of the petal and remove unwanted soap.
16. Slice off the unwanted soap of the petal.
17. Repeat steps 12-16 for remaining four petals.
18. Smooth the side of the center.
19. Cut a curved line for the first petal between the fifth and the first petal of the outer row. Then, remove the soap inside the petal.
20. Smooth the soap where you'll begin to carve the second petal.
21. Repeat steps 19-20 for next three petals.
22. Cut the fifth petal that slightly overlaps the fourth and the first petal.
23. Remove the soap inside the petal.
24. Trim the center into a dome shape in order to carve closing petals.
25. Carve the first petal of the third row.
26. Smooth the soap where you'll begin to carve the second petal.
27. Repeat two previous steps for next three petals.
28. Carve the fifth petal.
29. Trim the center into a dome shape.
30. Slice off unwanted soap near the bottom of the flower.
31. Done!
