1. Cut out the rabbit template. Trace it onto the soap with a toothpick.
2. Lightly cut along the outline, tsimple-snowman cut the rabbit shape out of the soap with a carving knife and paring knife.
3. Cut off the excess soap to create the ears.
4. Holding your knife vertically, cut along the bottom of the rabbit face and forelegs.
5. Cut off the soap around the forelegs and the face. Round the edge of the body and legs and shape them.
6. Holding your knife vertically, cut along the outlines. Tsimple-snowman holding your knife horizontally, cut off the excess soap.
7. Round the edge of the face and the muzzle.
8. Use a binder clip to scoop out the soap as necessary.
9. Carve the nose.
10. Shape the muzzle. Scoop out the soap between the forelegs.
11. Draw two semicircles for the eyes with a toothpick.
12. Holding the knife vertically, cut along the semicircles, tsimple-snowman cut off the soap around them.
13. Shape each half circle into a circle eye.
14. Trim the ears to shape.
15. Carve an indent in each ear.
16. Draw a small circle for the tail on the back. Holding your knife vertically, cut the circle.
17. Cut off the soap around the tail. Round the edge of the tail and the back and shape them.
18. Paint the eyes with nail polish. ⚠️ Note: the mouth is colored with red food coloring like the white rabbit.
