Carve the cupcake base
1.1 Cut out two templates.
1.2 Slice off the top.
1.3 Slice off the bottom.
1.4 Trace the 40 mm (1.57") circle.
1.5 Cut your soap around the circle.
1.6 Remove excessive soap around the circle.
1.7 Place the 30 mm (1.18") circle template and trace the circle.
1.8 Trim your soap around previously drawn circle as shown.
1.9 Smooth the side of your soap.
Carve the frosting.
2.1 Cut out remaining templates.
2.2 Slice off the top.
2.3 Trace the 45 mm (1.77") circle.
2.4 Cut your soap around the circle.
2.5 Remove excessive soap around the circle.
2.6 Trim the top edge of your soap.
2.7 Place the 45 mm template again.
2.8 Divide the soap into 8 equal parts.
2.9 Mark the center as shown.
2.10 Place the 20 mm (0.79") template onto the soap.
2.11 Draw a curled line between pink arrows.
2.12 Draw other curves the same way.
2.13 Make 8 curved cuts on the lines.
2.14 Cut off the soap under a curved cut along the blue line. Hold your knife at a right angle.
2.15 Cut off the soap from the opposite side of the cut in the same way as in previous step.
2.16 Repeat two previous steps for remaining seven curves.
(Optional) Carve the heart decoration.
3.1 Cut your soap into a square.
3.2 Trim the soap into a heart shape.
3.3 Heart is done!
Stick the cupcake parts together.
4.1 Scratch the cupcake base top.
4.2 Scratch the frosting bottom.
4.3 Apply the soap foam to the cupcake base top and attach the frosting to it.
4.4 (Optional) Scratch the heart or the rose bottom and the frosting top. See this page for a rose for the cupcake.
4.5 (Optional) Apply the soap foam to the frosting top and attach the heart or the rose.
4.6 Attach the sprinkles to the frosting with a soap foam.
4.7 Soap cupcake is done!
